"Authorization failed for above host" LG TV

Hi!

I have a problem with the application "IPTV Smarters pro" because I try to enter my APIXTREAM codes (username, password and URL) but when I validate I have this message : "Authorization failed for above host".
I subscribed to a reseller and it works on my android box but I don't understand why it doesn't work on my TV application.

Does anyone have a solution?
I'm lost and I need help.

Hello, if you have rapid and you want to use smarter on LG smart tv then you need to change url to

http://smarters.link

If you don't have lines from rapid then contact your providers
