Authorized app?

I'm getting this message with IPTV Smarters:
"the app you’re using is not original your tv service provider has not provided your original app such kind of apps could send the data to legal authorities"

the only way to get around it is to reset my firestick to factory and reload everything. I'm new at this, is this right? Have I got some problems?
