Cannot contact seller/ Cannot extend line

My subscription expired. I can't extend my line in he gateway and I can't contact my reseller (over 5 days now).
The dashboard gives me a message about a crypto gateway error.
I tried asking for an another IPTV trial but no-one has responded. Am I tied to this original re-seller?
Can anyone help to resolve this?

I don't want to say it here, s there may be a genuine reason for the lack of communication.
I raised a ticket on the dashboard. No response....
