Hello there, can an admin look into this for me please

I had 2 lines running

One line recently purchased until next year
Another line was an extension until January because I am a loyal customer

Today the seller dissapered completely, my line is expired and I do not know how to proceed?

It was on telegram I usually get support from 'Cosy' / Tv Stream?

I have proof of purchase in Paypal.

I was on flix app for both account
