Channel changes while watching

What is up with the weird switching of channels?

Last night, watching "Comedy Central NL" (4137), at about 2AM suddenly it starts to show MTV for half an hour.
Then it switches back to the comedy central show i was expecting (Brooklyn 99).

To clarify, my Mag254 did not switch streams but the content of the stream changes.

It happens a lot on "Comedy Central NL Extra" (11239) too.
Why does this happen?
How do i report it correctly?

If Channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture or Wrong Channel please report it in "Channels" section (https://prntscr.com/kxdq30) directly from your Dashboard.

Hi, The channel "Comedy Central NL" (4137) still changes randomly to MTV channel. I Have reported it several times in the dashboard and then they fix it. But almost ever day it changes randomly to Mtv channel. And the "Comedy Central NL Extra" (11239) is happening the same randomly. It looks likes reporting it to the dashboard is fixing is for a while but then it happens again and again.
Can someone fix these channels please.
And these 2 channels are often not in HD but in sd, can this be fixed to?
