Channel Sorting Xstream Editor

Hoping someone can help.

I've not used Xstream-Editor before and am trying to sort my channels and create groups, when I add the M3U link using the wizard It doesn't import/see any groups or channels and when I try to sync, I get and error along the lines of "Access denied, check with provider"

Anybody know where I'm going wrong?
