Channels not translating after VPN

Hi all. Just a quick question here as I have to turn the VPN on (as channels were stuck in buffer mode without) and nearly all the translations (polish) on all channels are gone. I’ve tried to turn the VPN off, reset the fire stick, clear the fire stick and now even with VPN off I sometimes have translations and sometimes not.
Can anyone help me here?

Hi, I have a similar issue. I have to turn VPN On again every time I start to watch if I leave the app and go back to it I also need to restart the vpn.

The strange thing is that it only happens with Rapid and not my other provider. I have tried other iptv app but the issue seems to remain.

VPN service: PureVPN
