Channels with heavily delayed audio

Hi,
Not really a 'complaint' but more of an info that there are several channels that are often heavily out of sync between video and audio.
2 that I can name are:
(UK TV) HGTV
(UK TV) The food network.

The delay ranges from 10 seconds to 1 minute or more!

Other channels work fine for me so I don't think it's a 'local' problem).

Anything you can do to fix this?
