closed tickets in dashboard

I am not able to open any tickets, getting error message - you have too many (open) tickets, close some... etc. All my tickets are closed. Any way how to delete all of them?! thanks

how am I able to open new tickets then?

"You have already some open tickets! Please first complete and close those issues."
