Dashboard unavailable

Can somebody help me pls? Is impossible to me to log in the dashboard, i tryed it with chrome and my mail adress, but always say invalid uswrname or pw...can you help me pls :/?

The Portal is On now it goes off for well and it back online now

As support suggested, use Chrome and delete cookies.
This helped me.

Try clearing browser cache and use Chrome browser
Regarding BD, (white page) on the white page press "shift+F5" (if necessary several times)
