I have another big big problem:

I can not login on laptop and on smartphone with the right pass and login! On PC it is working....with these pass and login.
I get the message "wrong username or wrong pass"

Dashboard username is your email address.
Delete all the cache from the browser then try again.

When I try to log in to the dashboard, I get the message that the user does not exist, and I have used the same email address. When I try to create an account with the same email, it is telling me that the email does not exist. Not sure what is happening here?

Sorry, it is saying that the email does exist. I have a running subscription on the service, but I can not log in to the dashboard at the moment due to my user does not exist. I have cleaned the browsing history and the cache. Can someone please see if there is an issue with my account?

After entering your email address the website will send you a four digit code. Enter this code on the website to verify your login. This code works as a one time password for access.
