Disconnected

So it's been a while I noticed to a lots of channels and also VOD
I am getting disconnected and I checked on the painel there is nobody connect to my account

Why is this happen?
I am using KODY m3u link with options MPEG



Is there anything that I can do to stop the disconnection? I even change the ISP the same and with the VPN the same happen

What's your hardware ? Try to install VLC player on it, just install it and try again ?

It's a firestick I do have the VLC install on the firestick
I have 2 firesticks that does the same also even on NEXTPVR when recording does the same

fire tv stick is android, install vlc player via regular fire tv (amazon) app store.
then start your iptv app again and vod should running well

But it's running!!
Now I have one channel running over 7 hours no disconnection
Them I try for example HBO EAST US drops all the time
I am pretty sure it's something about the service and not the hardware that I am using as happen the same in different ones

did you install vlc player ???
