EPG on SS-IPTV

I'm using this IPTV service and when I'm using it on my LG TV through the SSIPTV app, I can't load the EPG. Can someone help me, please?

What epg source/url did you use ? Per country or the url for all countries ?
Most smart tvs having limited cache, try to use the epg url for one specific country only and try again.

But how can I load an external EPG url? That seems to be my problem. :/ I'm trying to use an EPG source from the dashboard.

You can generate the epg url based on your m3u file, if you need help with it: feel free to send a PM to me.
