I am subscribed to Smarter's Pro. My issue is that the EPG never works. When I go into settings and access the epg it always says "Failed". I try to refresh it with no success. Is there any way this can be fixed? Would it help to add another source, and if so, how do I do this?

What hardware? Probably the device cache memory is limited. Try to use the xmltv file generated out of the m3u url. And try to reduce bouquet list, that should help in case of limited memory.

Can you let me know, you are using Smarters Pro on which device? It would be great if you can share any screenshot with me?
