Error 502 on Tivi Mate premium running on Xiaomi box

Hi all
I recently got this error everytime I want to see a channel on premium tivimate from my line: it goes black and says “error 502”. Anyone can assist? I cannot watch anything atm.
I already rebooted the device, cleared the cache on tivimate and did the most recent update of the system: nothing worked.
Any advice is appreciated.

Fristly you need to confirme if your line working
Try it with vlc pc
If problem from line you need to contact your provider
If not the case re-install your apk
