Fix via Play NL

Hello,

If Channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture or Wrong Channel please report it in "Channels" section directly from your Dashboard.

All channels are down of Viaplay, and then they are not.. and then they are... and then they suddenly are from another country. Instead of telling people what to do, maybe start being a bit more proactive and fix the issues.
 
Issue still exists, might be a better idea instead of giving me a ban for a month because I complain, to fix the issues.

Viaplay NL is still not fixed. EPG is missing, causing you to scroll through 40 different channels to find the one you need. As if that wouldn't be the problem, some channels are not working, and some that actually do work are either German or Scandinavian. Sometimes you'll find the event you want, and sometimes you'll be clicking through a list of channels not knowing that you've already passed the correct one but that the link is broken.

A reply would be appreciated.
