Formuler Z 8 always starts in vod sector

Hi guys,

maybe someone of you can help me easily i have a customer with a z8 box and he says when he starts portal it always starts in the vod sector
problem is i have no z8, sound that it is just a setting which can be changed

does anyone know why his device starts always in vod or better how to change?

Hi mate, I never used this device but check clients portal url, does he use the old one (unsecured) portal ? Try the new secured portal url and probably change the portal url and try again?

In the home screen go to start up apps and set it to what ever you want e.g my tv online , utube etc..

Tell your customer to have aTV channel on before switch off then next time it should open on same channel .
