Formuler Z8 - Portal activation

Hi everyone,

I bought 3 Formuler to change my MAG devices. Unfortunately I cannot unsecure those lines on my portal. I can input the new MAC addresses but I can't unsecure them. It was working a time ago because I configured a friends Formuler by unsecuring his old MAG line in the portal and changing from the MAG Mac to the Formuler Mac.

Does anyone know how to unsecure it?

I also activated a new line but it's immediately secured, no way to unsecure it.
I'm really confused right now...
