so heres my new problem while im trying to add epg it says insterting program records it counts forex. 117000 records so far... and thats it the app crashes down.http://secure.clientportal.link/epg/guideextra.xml.gz this one is ok but http://secure.clientportal.link/epg/guide.xml.gz this one cant be downloaded
what might be the problem
Note: if i use xtream panel on gse app. it doesnt crash but it says insterting program records it counts forex. 117000 records so far..then suddenly it says failed to insert ...

Try and delete and re install app. The issue with loading the EPG is a common one with first installs. It's to do with how tvOS handles memory allocation. Give it a go and come back to us

Ok tried this myself. Also getting the error. GSe is acting weird.

I'm not sure what is going on then

You can try to reset the software and check the settings

Hi it could be memory issue as EPG size is too big , however if you restart app , don't insert epg again , you can see epg is alreay loaded

Maybe your storage is low

i think the solution is dividing this file (http://secure.clientportal.link/epg/guide.xml.gz) in to two parts and after that install each part one by one
does anyone can divide the file ?

There is an app issue. It's not working for myself today now. no streams are working, epg is working though.

So this is all a mess. go figure!
