I added server name on MAG524 and i got this
message is STB is not supported

I have been told that this service is not compatible with the new Mag's which where launched 5 months ago Such a shame he will have to use an other service till services are compatible.

Contact your iptv provider ask them to fix this in there software,
i did and now it works very well.

I got a MAG 420 a year ago and ended up in the same situation so I had to use M3U. The issue is the portal is outdated and nobody bothers to update their portal with the patch to make it work with newer devices.

I bought yesterday mag 524. When I added the host I got this message " STB IS NOT SUPPORTED" coulf you please help!! Is it a pbl in the MAG or is it the server?

as i know this mag dont work with this portal...
