HELP - IPTV MAG BOX 254 internet option issue

Hi Guys/Girls,
I need help as my Magbox is acting up I have linked it to a VPN router and when I go to settings and select Network and choose wired (ethernet)
It shows the following 4 options:
Auto (DHCP)
Auto (DHCP), manual DNS
Manual
No IP

But when I select Auto (DHCP) is doesn't allow me to select the router but just says Confirm Changes.

Has anyone had this issue and how can I fix this please help.
