Help- On Firestick, Sky Glass, just 1 Series stream is all blotchy

Hi. As per title, one Series is so blotchy its unwatchable, everything else works fine.

I have tried removing it from favorites and from 'continue watching', but when i try watch it again, its the same.

Any advice as a family member really wants to watch this series.


the same series works fine on other family members sticks using same service. Everything else works 100% for them as noted, so not an internet problem to my mind etc. Tried restarting the firestick too for them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Install the VLC player on your Fire TV. This will provide the correct video codec.
Also, try other IPTV apps; some of them allow you to choose a video player like VLC.
