How can you check if ip is blocked?

It seems like my ip is getting blocked but have no clue why and if its blocked by rapid or some fault at isp.. is there a way to check if rapid is blocking my ip and if yes why?

i have the same issue since today. rapid doesnt block IP´s or URL´s. i found out that the streams are working with my phone as hotspot but not with my cable modem internet provider. I wrote a ticket already but didn´t get any response so far. hopefully there is a way to fix this, otherwise there will be a loooot of phone calls tomorrow :-(
