How stable are the south asian channels?

i am testing this service and it seems very tempting to try a subscription. I want this mainly for Indian & Pakistani channels however I was wondering if there are any others here that watch mainly channels from these countries who can shed some light on:

1) How stable are these channels? lag, quality
2) Can you give me approx percentage you experience these channels unavailable/down/need to update links
