How to connect Rapidswiss line to Xtream-Editor API ?

Hello,
is anyone able to successfully connect their line to the Xtream-Editor API ?

When i fill out the form (server&credentials) and press save i get the following error:

"Connetion to provider failed. Check username & password"

It would be nice if the Rapidswiss team or community could help me.

login to your Dashboard and will find the line credential (Username/Password). If you don't find, please PM us or open a ticket directly from your Dashboard.

thanks for the response. I have the correct credentials and server but it just wont let me connect it in xtream editor. I always get the "connection to provider failed" error.
I guess thats not normal right ?

Hey,
my issue is now resolved. There was an issue with my line. I asked for a reset of the line and now i can connect it to the Xtream-Editor API .
