I can not report channels, I report it via forum

Hello Community,

When I try to report channels through the dashboard I keep getting this error message.

That's why I try it through the forum

I have seen that the following channels are permanently offline.

Is the problem already known and have these channels been reported?

There is currently a break in broadcast ... I am not aware of faulty channels
