Hi I can't raise a ticket because I can't access my dashboard. Its since I was asked to setup my logo etc...

I enter the code then my username and password and I enter the email code I am sent, its flashes to the dashboard then away again to the login screen. I have not changed anything, it fails to work on all my devices.
