i have problem with this IPTV server

hello everybody, we have bad experience to write today for this server.
we have reseller account but the supplier has stop give me the support, we have active link and some credits on server pannel but the suppliers has put my ip in blacklisted and ask me to check the dns , i have check and test other iptv they work fine to me but this rapid iptv not work.
the support of server not repply with solutions in my issus now i ask for refund my money, they not give me solutions.

what i can do with you now?

pls send me a PM with Info, who your reseller is and explain or provide me with more Info,
and for the refound if there is one you have to talk to the person, which you have paid,....
Pls provide the following information:
which device, which isp, internet speed, which box, probs with which channels, line username.
