Intermittent 403 error

Getting 403 errors when connecting - Server returned 403 Forbidden (access denied) Have been having this issue since 2022-05-03

Have tried with and without VPN, using Nord or Proton. Have tried multiple countries. Sometimes it works fine for 3 hours straight, other times it just keeps having the 403 error, even when switching VPN servers, for up to 30 minutes, at which point I give up. It is one specific channel.
