IP address blocked?

Apologies I couldn't find a way in the dashboard to log a ticket.

I'm hoping an admin can help me to check whether my IP has been blocked? I am unable to connect to any channels via my home broadband connection, but it works on 4G.

IP address should be the one I have used to post this thread. I can PM if necessary.

we do not block any IP. The line just gets banned if necessary. So diagnosis the line first from your DB.
If the line got Banned, then please submit a ticket directly thru your Dashboard.

Or contact your reseller to help you out.
