iptv App crash when playing a film in all list

hi i've got a firestick 4k iptv 1.7.8 with vlc 3.4.3
i use iptv a for live channel no propblem, but when io play a film the app crwash and go to home screen.
i cannot saolve it but i tryed to reinstall vlc and i've updated iptv app...

someone have a sol or idea abotu it?

update your fire tv stick to latest firmware version.
install vlc player on your device, it brings the codec to play all vod content.
once vlc player is installed, install and use another player like SIPTV, XCIPTV, TIVIMATE etc.
