IPTV Channels doesn't work

IPTV fails to load during Fifa World Cup match times.

I've tried all the general fixes - it simply doesn't work. Link's are working fine - my IPTV app is working fine too.
If I open the channel 15-20 mins before the match - it works fine. Once it begins - it doesn't load. It then starts working after the match.

Anybody can help with this ? The Admin for my line refuses to help and just keeps arguing with me. @trapex.
They just washed their hands and told me to look for another provider ?
I have saved the ticket responses - but I don't want to defame anyone - just need a resolution to my issue.

have you tried to use VPN !
Try to use paid vpn service which allow you to try many servers locations
yeah i got some complaints from canadians clients .. looks like isp throttling
