I have a amazon Firestick 4K

I have been having issues on the movie and tv show section, once you select the movie or TVshow image, the movie file is not there.

Any help on this appriciated

Install the VLC player and then try again with your main IPTV app - it brings the right codec to the device

What's the name of your app? Try to change in app player settings or try another app?
