IPTV issues on LG Tv

Good morning guys, I am from Algeria just had IPTV codes.
Problem is when I copy the password and User name letter by letter I can't access the account, I must do a copy/paste to access, I did it on phone and the problem now I can't do the same with my LG Tv. Any solution please ?

Can you let me know, which app are you trying to login on LG TV? Kindly create a short video of the issue that you are facing for better understanding.
