Iptv smarters pro apk problem.

Hi hoping some one can help please installed iptv smarters pro apk for use with iptv in**** but whatever we watch at the top of viewing area picture keeps flickering ?? just the top part only our tv is fine and when was using perfect player no issues any ideas what this could be.
