IPTV Smarters Pro on Samsung Smart TV not working

Hello, I successfully logged in with my provider credentials using only "http:" before the link instead of "http://", but it always shows 1 active connection even though no one is using it and if I try to play something it says "Sorry, this video can not be played. Please try again or pick another video.". This is an isolated problem because everything on the phone works as it should. Who can help me? Thanks.

Hi,
I have the same issue on my Samsung Tv.
I have the Iptv Smarters player sand when I try to view films, then after about a minute or so I get the message "Sorry, this video can not be played. Please try again or pick another video”.
Any suggestions how I can resolve this please ?

my second issue is that I do not have a search option on the main screen, therefore, when I select ‘Series’ section I get all the various providers (Amazon, Netflix, Disney, Hulu etc etc) but no search option.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I was able to insert several lists by simply inserting a blank space before entering the address. Example: instead of (http://xxx.xxx), insert a space and then type the address ( http://xxx.xxx)
