IPTVX App not streaming video

I paid to have the full version of this app and when I try to watch a movie or series, I get the “this video is not available to stream” message. I changed the setting of the video player to “auto”, which gave me access to watch at the the TV from them TV guide, but it’s the TV guide shows up in red.
Very disappointed with this app. Please reply providing instructions on how to fix it.

You should then contact the person who sold you the channels on how to configure it to the app... unsure why your making a complaint here though ?
