Issuses with iptv smaters, STBEmu, kodi addon?

Ok guys here is my list STBemu, iptv smarters, the kodi addon isnt working all i can get working is the perfect player, i put a ticket in for this and was told it was my end except i sell 2 other iptv provides and the other 2 they isnt a problem so why does rapid blame it on myside ????????????????????? if they is a problem i need to know about it as i have had feed back and they are working on fixing the MAG/STBeum issuses? Ok on kodi addon check log? on IPTV smarters with not connect to my url. STBeum getting a balck screen with a white line across the top all my customers are have the same issuses?

Edit i have been giving a rapid url which is now working on most of teh APPS so its my url that rapid as giving me which is teh problem so can this be fixed ASP please as not happy using a rapid name cheers
