Lagging and it's not my internet connection

Hi. I subscribed recently and the stability has not been very good. I know it isn't my internet connection because it's fiber optic and I have another box from my ISP and it is perfectly stable through Wifi.

My device is a FireStick TV 4K. I have a fixed IP address through an Ethernet cable for more stability.

The local French channels mostly work well enough, but the picture isn't totally fluid. But the big problem is international channels, especially American channels. Big lag, "Playback" message bottom of the screen, very very slow.

What is the problem ? Thank you.

Nop who said vpn will slow your down conx
Try service with vpn and if the situation stay the same
Start report every channel freezing via your dashboard account

I'm sur our team will change the source if the problem from provide side
