Locking channel groups

I'm trying to lock the adult section on a mag 322 but cannot find any instructions that actually work.
Can anyone provide an idiots guide how to do this please?

If you have a MAC adress registred on your dashboard, just click right of the line to the 3 dot and you have the option extend, note, diagnostis, parental code,....

I try logging on to my dashboard but says username/password incorrect even though they're not.

Try with to writte your email in the field username

Tried on another device using Chrome and still says username or password invalid

1. try to reset the password
2. check that the link has a correct address (correct DNS, the beginning of the link)
3. contact your reseller if your account is enabled.
