Channel list showing but not playing.

I bought a 322 in Spain that was working perfect, when i brought it home the tv stations list appears but no tv showing.
The vod plays perfect just not the tv any ideas how to fix please.
The chinese supplier cannot understand the problem.

have same.
couples day portal or not loading or loading but channels not work.
if start raping device witch many times of rebooting only 1 chance that portal be a loading and channels work.
but if watch 1 channel more then 10 min then portal start not responding and device dont have any reaction and helped only power off/
and now all not work/
also m3u with SIPTV not showing channels(connect error)

now portal loading with old theme(ocean blue) and channels work.
interesting, problem only because of theme(skin)?
