mag 254 not working on one Samsung tv

I have a Mag 254 and 3 separate Samsung tv sets. The Mag works without problem on two of the sets, but when attached to one of the sets, I get error message



RESOLUTION NOT SUPPORTED. CHECK RESOLUTON OF INTERNAL DEVICE.



Any and all suggestions welcomed as to what may be causing this and the solution!

What is the resolution you have set on the box and what is the max resolution the TV can handle?

If box is set to 1080 resolution but TV is 480 or 720 max, you need to change box resolution. Same if your TV is PAL or NTSC but box is set to opposite.
