Mag 322 autoupdate loop

Have a subscription but the reseller after taking our money reads and ignores our messages, has changed phone numbers so we can’t call them.
We keep getting an Autoupdate screen which says updating idle, kernel and image. When it gets to 100% it restarts then after some infomir bits on the screen it goes back to autoupdate. We’ve turned it off, we’ve been to the portal menu turned off autoupdate and nothing seems to work. Is the box faulty or is there something wrong with our resellers iptv subscription?

The problem seems to be with the box and not with the subscription. Try to reset the box to factory and see. remember to take note of your portal settings on the box before you reset as it will delete everything
