My mag 322 box has been blocked. I updated it and after that I get the message, "STB Blocked. Call the provider" whenever I start it. I tried asking for help from my provider but they said they have reset my connection. Resetting my connection does not help and I am getting the same error message.
I actually need a new portal url and I think only my provider can help me with that. I ordered another subscription from the same provider, hope they will provide a new portal url.
Is there anything else I can do to solve this issue? I tried rebooting, resetting, etc. Nothing helped.
