MAG unavailable in API mode

Hi all, looking for some help please!

My IPTV box (TVIP S-Box v600) has been working fine until I moved house. Everything seems to have reset which wouldn’t normally be a problem as I set up from beginning when I first got the box.

However when I click on web portal setup, I input my portal URL no problem but when I come to select MAG on API mode it isn’t there. The only options are TVIP, GSTB or HTML5, all 3 of which don’t work.

If anyone could offer any advice as to how I can get MAG back in the API mode on web portal set up I’d really appreciate it.

U need to choose GSTB in api mode now IF u can not choose it try do a factory reset on The box
