Magbox (256) and VOD

Just looking for any suggestions.. i´ve a client based in Berlin.. internet running top.. all TV channels that they watch run smoothly.. only problem she has is in the VOD German section where all films are not watchable due to freezing avery few seconds..

the box has been reset.. updated.. the boot nand has been changed.. all the settings changed and been put in new.. the DNS has been changed either 0.0.0.0 or .8.8.8.8 but the problem still exists..

i don´t know what else to try.. Anyone any idea´s on where the problem lies?

Hey, is the problem only with German VOD? Have you tried another device

The device has only a problem with German VOD.. i din´t make a complaint as it´s only on this box.. all my other clients are fine.
