Need help installing Xtream UI Admin panel

Hello, I need help installing Xtream UI Admin panel. I've tried multiple times and different ways for 4 days. I've tried EVERYTHING!!! Can someone please help me install the admin panel please!! I get to a certain point at the end, after the installation, to copy and paste the ip address to put in the browser, and NOTHING HAPPENS.

Can someone please help me. I would really appreciate the help.

Maybe pay someone if you can't and pay someone to maintain it for you.
