Need Help with IPTV Panel Login

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue when trying to log into the IPTV panel. After entering my username and password, it asks for the Google Authenticator code. I enter the correct code, but then I get the following message:
“Username or eminent and password is case sensitive”

I’ve double-checked the username and password, including the letter cases, and everything seems correct. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to fix it?

username should be your email address.
clear browser cache, turn off ad blocker, if that does not help, try another browser.
you can also try to reset your password and set a new one.

When logging in:
• Make sure you enter the username and password exactly as provided – they are case sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters matter).
• When prompted, enter the correct Google Authenticator code.
• Be careful not to copy/paste with extra spaces, especially at the beginning or end of your credentials.


If the problem happens again:
• First, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
• Double-check your authenticator code is synced with your phone’s time.

I have the same trouble an i did all above to fix used 3 diferent machines and got the same output.
 
rapid changed the way how to login... dashboard login - username is your email address.
enter your email address and check your email inbox: take the one time email pin and verify to access the dashboard and you are in.

Tried what you said and nothing received in my email from yesterday thx
 
I'm able to login using email and password in here and also in panel.

Just asking about the 2FA because wanted to know if I can close my access from my authenticator app or not

Ok, so old login methods are now deprecated, correct?
 
i am having issues logging in as the 4 digit code is not working as its taking too long to arrive to my mail box, can anyone assist ?

After you enter your email address the website will send a four digit code to your inbox. Type this code into the website to confirm your login. The code works as a one time password and gives you access.
