No sound in few channels in Hisense H8 Pro android box

Hi, Im a newbie in IPTV world. I recently purchased Hisense H8 Pro android box and got an IPTV subscription. On the first day
I didn't have any problem. After using a VPN service, now I'm not getting sound in few channels (especially Canadian Food
Network) even I disconnected from vpn and restarted the box many times. Is it network issue, or the iptv box or iptv service
issue?

Do you have a valid subscription of us & did you contact your reseller about the issue?
In the meantime, you could try to use another player/app to check if the same issue.
