I have a client on here who was watching TV, and in the middle it stopped working. It keeps buffering and with IPTV Smarters it gives a 'Playback error'
None of the channels works, and these are the things we already tried:
For testing purposes, I tried his connections on my device and it worked for me.
Eventually he has sent me a message that it worked again, and after 2 hours it stopped working again.
Anyone any idea why this happens & how to resolve it?

- Configuring DNS 8.8.8.8/1.1.1.1 on router and rebooting
- Switched to HLS streaming format on IPTV Smarters
- Started my VPN
- Tried It on Windows, Android and TV Apps, all dead.
- Tried it with 4G connection.
- I've run a diagniostic on his line
- On TV's - IPTV Starters, Smart IPTV, SSIPTV, SmartTV.Club
- On Android - IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV Player
- On Windows - IPTV Smarters and IPTV Player
